In the series of images “After Blossfeldt” Richard tries to redress the balance of the photographers relentless photographic search for perfection in nature by showing plant forms which are either dead or dying, or flowers that have had the petals removed to expose the reproductive organs, in an attempt to question given and often unchallenged notions of beauty.
Central Saint Martins Fine Art graduate Richard has previously exhibited with jotta at The Trafalgar Hotel on Traflagar Square.
